And I have run of relatives with birthdays first two week in March. You may know that each astrological degree contains 60 minuets of arch, and each minute contains 60 seconds of arch. My sun is in 2 minutes and 32 seconds of arch in Pisces
Yes, interesting! I trained in psychological astrology once upon a time, so I know what you're talking about. I'm similar with my Libran sun – something I've just written about in brief for my next post!
I love this place poised momentarily 1/2 way between the winter solstice and the spring equinox . My birthday is 2/19, my sun is in zero degree Pisces.
Ah I do too - one of those liminal zones, a 'thin place' (thin places feature v much in my writing, especially my poetry).
And strangely I've a run of important birthdays in my life from 5th Feb to mid-March, with some of my very closest friends being sun-in-aquarius and others and my daughter being sun-in-pisces. I'd say 0º Pisces is interesting. Water connections with both.
Ah that's where I was going, Susie. Interested to know your response. Thank you. We are just planting up 9 forest garden trees now, and that was a further possibility. OK, not so nice to eat; I guess the birds would like it though, and is the blossom lovely?
Oh absolutely, birds adore the juicy red fruit… to me it’s a cross between, a cranberry and a cherry in flavour although not strong enough in either direction to have a ‘wow I have to have more’ reaction but the blossom is pretty, yellow and abundant, flowering before any leaves appear. It has traditional medicinal uses that I can’t remember without looking up but is definitely linked to folk tradition, stamina, and longevity. X

Looking forward to that upcoming post. Perhaps we can look at one another charts...or sky map as Patrick (Curry) says.

PS I have catkins and snowdrops and the first swathes of cornelian cherry out too... a sigh of blessed contentment emitting..! 🌱
Oh how lovely. Is the cornelian cherry a 'true' cherry, or something like a dogwood tree?
You’re quite right Roselle, it’s Cornus mas, but unlike most cornus, the fruit is edible..! Although not a favorite of mine.

That made wonderful reading Roselle, full of little details I didn’t know (as is often the case) always interesting.
Happy Imbolc... I am just in time..! X
You're very generous always Susie.
So lovely, thank you for sharing! I enjoy musing through these connections through nature and time, through land and legend :)
Me too, Sydney. The similar and the different. :)
Lovely post. We've walked in the misty, rainy forest today and reading the post as a green candle flickers on the table :)
Thank you. Lovely! We did too, but our bit of woodland here is not La Forêt, malheureusement... White candle here now.
