Oh how lovely to hear that, Akashadevi. Thank you and I hope you enjoy it. It's had fab reviews but sells very slowly :-( so every sale helps. Warmest, Roselle
Hi Roselle - I have mechanical issues too, car, fridge, vacuum cleaner (why do they all have to go wrong at once) each are prohibitively costly, especially after Christmas so I'm nursing all three as best I can - A White Deer would be welcomed though!
I hope you find a way to sort out your problems in a way that doesn't cost the earth!
Sending love and wishes for 365 beautiful new days ahead on the eve of those just passed. 🕊x
Why not go for a pokey iPad? You can change keyboards at will, (I am using Greek and French) and I have found the dictation feature works really well in French and English too. Also worth springing for a matching iPencil if you like handwriting, since many writing apps now OK with this. We also have an old-ish iphone if that's any use to you?
How kind of you to comment, Jenny, thank you. That's a good thought. (Intrigued that you use Greek and French!) But would an iPad cope with my writing the equivalent of maybe 3 books a year on it? Or rather, do you think the experience of that would be OK for a user? Plus images?
And what a v kind offer re your phone! Where are you?
I used an iPad for everything for many years, they still cost a few pennies but are incredibly versatile and you can switch to Mac version when using the web, I was curious for you, here is a link for an iPad with 128G storage - you might even find a phone and a cheap Mac I forgot to check - everything is reconditioned so environmentally better at the very least and I've used them for the last five years without a hitch!
Susie, that's really useful info, thank you (though actually I need the 256G storage, but maybe this'd be a good time to strip down, so to speak??). I still don't know my way around, so that link is helpful. I'd much rather buy reconditioned, if it's up to the job.
Here's hoping for a few white deer for us both in 2025! - Oh and what happened to your surviving young ram, or wether, or whatever he was? Is he still with you?
Thank you for the beautiful deer story Roselle, and I’ve just bought your tree book to delve more deeply into that celtic tree calendar (:

Sending love for the new year and hope the tech issues are soon solved x
Thanks, Jan. To you too; and may our hearts be big enough to embrace the whole world... X
Beautiful story. And the painting of the deer--magical.
Thank you, Rob. Happy New Year to you.
Thank you! I love a good story and that was beautiful as well as being a riddle. Here’s hoping you see a white hind and are granted one wish. Xxx
Thank you Marg! - Actually I'll take the 3 wishes: computer fixed, car fixed - and, OH, world peace... XX
